Our History

The Vescovane Agri-Restaurant is located in the Berici Hills, just 10 minutes from the heart of Vicenza and a short train ride from both Venice and Verona.

The ancient estate is steeped in history, culture and tradition.

When the building was renovated, the historic characteristics and the poetry of this timeless site were preserved.

Rita Maria Savoia, the founder of the Vescovane, Davide Pauletto, the Chef and Giovanni Sandri, the Maître d’, work continuously to satisfy their customers. They always offer the best quality, authentic raw materials and pay meticulous attention to details in welcoming and serving their guests.

The Vescovane uses products that are certified De.Co (a municipal recognition of the typicality and/or historical significance of a product). The cuisine is “farm to table”. The fruits and vegetables, and many of the meats come directly from neighboring farms; they are used according to seasonal availability and respect the earth’s natural processes.

In the summer months, guests can enjoy the splendid summer garden, surrounded by the scents and colors of nature.
